Dear ATPAC members,
The Office of Science and Technology (OSTC), Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) will be allocating FY 2010 budget for S&T collaboration between ATPAC and Thailand. Therefore, we would like to ask your attention in submitting project proposal for FY 2010 (Oct 2009-Sep 2010). The potential proposals are, but not limited to, trainings, workshops or seminars held in Thailand etc., in coherence of our technology transfer strategy.
MOST’s target framework on science and technology involves subjects in: biotechnology, material technology, nanotechnology, food safety, alternative and renewable energy, environment, ICT/electronics etc., which would be technological support and knowledge enhancement activity that benefits both Thai industrial cluster and knowledge cluster.
The proposal should meet the following requirements:
1. Office of Science and Technology (OSTC), Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) would provide FY 2010 budget for proposals which their target groups are research and industrial cluster. While, the Commission on Higher Education (CHE) would fund FY 2010 budget for proposals that would be beneficial for knowledge cluster.
2. The proposal should have certain targets and co-organizer in Thailand.
3. The workshop’s topic should be current trend technology.
The proposal should be brief; about 2-3 pages long, including contents of objectives, estimated expenses, target audiences, benefits, for instance.
